Researching KuneKunes and gathering as much Information and knowledge as possible is the key to successfully raising KuneKunes! After 11 years or breeding, raising and selling KuneKunes, I am still learning every single day!
One of the most important things that has helped me is an incredible mentor that I meshed with. Having a mentor in my opinion, is a must for anyone raising animals. Having a great mentor will teach you to be a great mentor to your clients and so on! It is extremely important to find someone that you match with and that works in the same mind set as you do! A mentor is often your first breeder that you purchased KuneKunes from. I have several mentors. One taught me basics about raising and breeding KuneKunes. Another has taught me about medications and issues with KuneKunes. And yet another has taught me the hystory of KuneKunes. I am very fortunate to have a plethora of information to share with my clients.
